About Our Guiding Services
At Tango Down Fishing, we specialize in saltwater fly fishing. Captain Duke welcomes anglers of all skill levels on his fishing charters. As a fishing guide he is dedicated to ensuring you have an unforgettable experience on the water. We are able to have up to two anglers on board for each charter.
We fish from a 2022 custom 18' 2" Beavertail Mosquito powered with a Suzuki 60 horsepower outboard. This boat allows us to fish anything the inshore fishery throws at us, deep in the backcountry or in the shallowest flats.
No need to bring your fishing gear. We have that covered, licenses, flies, fly rods, and fly reels are all covered when you fish with us. Water and Ice are provided. However, due to unknown food allergies we do not provide any food or snacks. Also please no spray sunscreen.
Alcohol is allowed in moderation and we do not allow the possession or use any illegal drugs while on board.

Captain Willis "Duke" Davis
Captain Duke has been guiding in Florida since 2019. He is a 23 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served multiple combat tours as a Scout Sniper. He brings that same attention to detail on each of his fishing charters to stalk big fish and give his clients opportunities to succeed on their charter.
He is a Beavertail Skiffs Pro Fishing Guide, He is on the pro staff of Temple Forks Outfitters, Flymen Fishing Company, Brook Fishing Equipment and proudly uses the Nor-Vise Fly Tying System to tie all the flies that you will use on your charter.
He and his wife Kara are the founders of Restoration, Inc. A nonprofit that supports veteran couples transition to life after service through mentorship and outdoor recreation and loves to teach the art of fly fishing.
